Accounting Manager (EST/CST home office remote)
Responsibilities
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue, asset, cost, and tax accounting. Implement accounting policies and procedures that adhere to governmental financial and tax regulations and comply with GAAP and IFRS standards. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes and reporting. Evaluate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes and systems and implement optimizations. Develop and direct Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable professionals and support staff.

Requirements
- Skills & Traits
Experience and interest in leading a team
Advanced Excel skills required; SAP experience preferred
Task oriented and excellent organizational abilities
Effective written and verbal communicator
Knowledge of GAAP
- Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
Minimum of three years corporate accounting experience required
Minimum of two years A/P and A/R supervisory experience required
Knowledge and management of US Sales Tax filings
SAP Experience preferred
International business experience preferred
- Special Position Requirements
Occasional travel as needed for meetings or training, up to 25%
