What have you done before you joined ALTANA?
I got Bachelor degree of Polymer chemistry in 2003. Before I join BYK, I have 2 years waterborne & solvent borne Architectural coating experience, and 7 years 3C UV coating experience.

What do you enjoy most about your work?
I like doing experiment in lab, especially enjoy the process of trying to solve the problems. Also I enjoyed the BYK working environment, and people help each other to share the experience among the colleague.
Please describe us your typical working day
I usually start my working day from reading the email, and then make the work plan. Next, start the day’s experiments. After lunch and before the end of the day are the time I deal with my email.
What do you do in your free time?
Reading or Spend time with my family.
