Joy in the eyes of children is the greatest motivation
The “All Children Have Potential” initiative aims to provide support to students at Wesel Elementary School who come from socially disadvantaged backgrounds in order to create equal opportunities. One of the mentors involved in this project is Alexandra Linden. She derives great motivation from witnessing the joy in the eyes of these children.
Change in management at ALTANA’s BYK division

ALTANA Special Prize in Chemistry goes to students from Geisenheim at the 2023 JUGEND GRÜNDET national finals
• A team from Schloss Hansenberg boarding school was awarded the Special Prize in Chemistry at the 2023 JUGEND GRÜNDET national finals.
• With their business idea, the students were among the best of 868 teams that submitted a business plan in the current competition year.

ALTANA AG honors a team of students from Oppenheim with the Special Prize in Chemistry at the 2022 JUGEND GRÜNDET national finals
The four students Milan von dem Bussche, Simon Kolb, Noel Lieder, and Claas Vietor were awarded the ALTANA Special Prize in Chemistry at the JUGEND GRÜNDET 2022 national finals. On June 21-22, 2022, the ten best teams of the 2021-22 competition year competed in Stuttgart for the overall victory in the nationwide student competition.
