Innovation thrives on curiosity and passion – and that's exactly what we experienced with our colleague Laura Kuznik!
In honor of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, we spent a day with Laura from the Research Rheology Polymer team at our BYK division – and realized very quickly: she is in her element!
Laura discovered her fascination for natural sciences in her very first chemistry class at school. And that hasn't changed to this day: After her apprenticeship at BYK in Wesel, she started part-time studies in chemistry and biotechnology at the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences. At the same time, she continues to be an important part of the team at our division, working with her colleagues on innovative solutions.
