How did you come to ALTANA?
I was contacted by a headhunter. My interest was immediately aroused and I wanted to get to know ALTANA better.
What stages have you gone through at ALTANA so far?
I started at Byk and was initially only responsible for HR IT project management. I've been working at Altana Management Services since 2019 and, alongside three other colleagues, I'm responsible for all HR IT matters.
What does innovation mean to you?
For me, innovation means taking detours instead of taking the usual paths. People should ALWAYS remain in the foreground. Innovations must serve people and humanity! Innovation is not possible without a culture of error.
What are your daily tasks?
We take care of HR IT projects, changes and incidents. We work closely and cooperatively with our HR departments and the other divisions of the ALTANA Group, we coordinate requirements, plan projects together and ensure a solid and modern IT HR landscape. We manage our service providers. We advise our internal customers.
What do you do in your free time?
Reading, jogging, listening to music
